In order for a playlist to appear on your Playlister screens, you will need to set both when and how long the playlist will be on your TV Screen. This is done in your Playlister Web Tool.
You simply program the availability of the playlists by selecting the date/time you would like the playlist to appear while also selecting the date/time that you would like the playlist to disappear. This will create a timeframe where the playlist will be visible on your Playlister Screen.
A step by step guide to scheduling playlists in the Playlister Web Tool:
Begin by logging into your Playlister Web Tool by visiting https://manage.playlister.app
Proceed to enter Playlist View by clicking the Pencil icon shown below:
Once you are in Playlist View, select the playlist that you would like to program a start time for.
Next, click "Start Date" and select the date that you would like the playlist to appear on your TV screen:
After you have selected that date that you would like the playlist to appear, the next step is to select the time.
Simply click the time slot at the bottom of the calendar:
Using the arrows shown, select the time you would like the playlist to appear on your Playlister screens.
Next, you will need to program when you would like the Playlist to be removed from the TV Screen. Keep in mind, this is not deleting the playlist or any of its content. Scheduling and end date will simply remove the playlist from the TV screen at the set time.
Just select "End Date" (shown below, right underneath "Start Date") and repeat the process of setting a "Start Date". The only difference is that you are selecting the date and time that the playlist will disappear from your screen.
Now, you have set the time that a playlist will appear on your Playlister screens. After clicking out of the calendar, you can see the entire duration that your playlist will be on your TV screens.

Quick Question... This date setting tool will communicate with Apple TV screens which is what I understand. However, if my "at home" families have the link to a video which the date has expired can they still access it to view and catchup on a week they have missed?
