What would make a video I uploaded to my library not play?

Here are some top reason why your video won't play:

1. Not having the right dates set correctly on your playlist will cause them to not play.

2. Sometimes the upload is complete and our AWS is re-rendering the video to an optimal resolution. That process can take another 15-50 seconds. If the video is 720+ resolution it may take over 1 minute to render.
