Play Now Feature from Playlist Editor

From the playlists manager, it would be lovely if there was a 'Play Now' action on the meatball overflow menu.
Play Now would pop over a modal to allow you to select a tag or specific screen to play your playlist on. This would be combining several existing features into a more accessible mechanism.

In addition to the overflow menu, I'd suggest this button live prominently on the main editing screen next to the share playlist button.
