Increase Volume over 100% in Preview & Edit

I appreciate the ability to lower a video's volume in the Preview & Edit window and have used that feature multiple times. It seems that it is not currently possible to increase the Volume up or over 100% to be louder than the original source volume. Could the Volume slider also be able to increase the volume up to like 120% or 150% of the original volume and not just lower it?

  A good idea we have considered! The API to do this does not exist, that we are aware of.
