Device ID added to Screen Manager

It would be nice to see what the Device ID is (ex. 18XX) in the screen manager page. As I hover over the screens, it currently shows IP address, Software Version, and Capacity.

Every time I've communicated with Playlister Support, they go by Device ID when referencing the devices. It would be nice to see what screens are which devices in the screen manager so we don't have to travel (30-40 mins) to physically look at the sticker on the device.

  This would be great! I'm planning to mount my behind the TVs so I'd rather not have to dig back there and find it...
