"Set Display Name" reverts back to "Source File Name"

Hello, Two of our regular users have given feedback to me that when they are Setting a Display Name the Media Title reverts back to the Source File Name and requires the user to Set the Display Name again for the new file name to update permanently. Could this glitch or bug please be fixed as it is irritating to multiple users and creates confusion. Thank you!

  Thanks so much for flagging this issue, Tyler! We appreciate you passing along the feedback from your team. That’s definitely not how it should work, & we’ve now passed this along to our development team. They’ve logged it as a bug and are actively investigating a fix to ensure that custom Display Names stick reliably once saved. We’ll keep you posted as this moves forward.
