📺 Playlister Screen App Update – Version 6.21

We’ve released a new version of the Playlister Screen tvOS app (v6.21).

What’s New

Subtitle Support (foundation update)

• This version lays the groundwork for subtitles in Playlister. While subtitles aren’t available to use yet, this app update is required to enable the feature when it officially launches later this month in the Playlist Manager.

Why Update?

• To ensure your Apple TVs are ready for subtitle support, please update to v6.21.
• Subtitles will make it easier for your team and classrooms to follow along, improve accessibility & provide more flexibility in how you present media.

Next Steps

• Update all Apple TVs running the Playlister Screen app to v6.21.
• Watch for our announcement later this month when subtitles go live in the Playlist Manager.
