Screens are losing their custom Titles and defaulting back to "Screen Name".

We have 150 Lite screens and a few Screens every week are losing their custom named Titles and defaulting back to their original "Screen Name". Any reason for this or ways we can prevent it in the future? Would it have anything to do with our MDM Mosyle?

  We’d like to investigate what’s resetting those names. One possibility is that an affected device is going through activation again but we haven’t confirmed that or whether Mosyle is involved. Could you send us 2 or 3 affected screens, including their intended names, device serial numbers & roughly when you noticed the names change?
