We would benefit from being able to set week of the month for availability. 1st Sunday, 2nd Sunday, etc. Our use case wouldn't be concerned with months with 5 Sundays.

In addition to the overflow menu, I'd suggest this button live prominently on the main editing screen next to the share playlist button.
