I see black thumbnails on my Apple TV. Now what?

The black thumbnails are rarely caused by the Apple TV being kept on too long. If you are seeing black thumbnails in the Playlister app on your Apple TV please do the following:

1. Unplug the Apple TV
2. Wait 5-10 seconds
3. Plug the Apple TV back into power

This should fix the issue and your content will sync to the Apple TV again.
