My file is stuck uploading and/or processing. What do I do?

Here are some things to try to re-upload successfully:

• Make sure there are no special characters in the file name (ex: ? , $ , ‘)
• Make sure the file is one of the following formats: MOV, MP4, JPEG, PNG, MP3
• Make sure your video encoding is optimized for playback on an Apple TV
• Try plugging your computer into ethernet or connecting to better WiFi and uploading the file again
